You may upload any amount of files up to 8 mb each for an unlimited period of time.
You
may not:
- upload images of children or animals in any kind of sexual acts or scenes of violence
- upload propaganda of terror or extremism
- upload copyrighted material (unless you have rights to)
- use NoelShack for serving design elements of web pages
- embed images by linking to direct URL on resources with high traffic
- be parasitic on NoelShack for black search engine optimization
NoelShack reserves the right to delete or block access to any images that NoelShack considers abusive anyhow without explanations.

All information about the user provided by the user is confidential and could be disclosed under circumstances.

All files are © to their respective owners. NoelShack is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
Limited Liability

NoelShack makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of its services.
